We strive to give our customers the freshest, most delectable cakes, cupcakes, cookies and desserts. We do not have pre-made or frozen baked goods lying around...everything here is prepared upon the request of our customers. Fresh, delicious, beautifully decorated and sensibly priced! 

Meet Christine

Specialty Cakes,LLC is a family owned and operated business. Owner and cake specialist Christine Brinkworth is not new to the specialty cake and dessert world. She has studied her art in the US, England and France and travels all over the world always learning and perfecting her skills. Specialty Cakes LLC takes pride in creating its own unique flavors for their cakes, icings and their endless fillings. She has been creating cakes and desserts for 40 years. In 2000, she opened the business – adding the professional kitchen to her home and getting pastry certifications from the Wilton International Institute  in Chicago, perfecting the art of pleasing the American palate. Christine is a member of a bunch of groups for cake decorators. When you meet Christine, it will be like spending time with an old friend. She prides herself on making and keeping long-lasting relationships with her customers.
